How Do I Make Calls when I am not near an Internet Connection?

Call anywhere in the world from any phone in the world and use your VoxNow plan by calling an Area Code Calling Card Portal.

Users can call the selected calling card portal number and enter their Virtual Phone Number and 5 digit PIN as set in the Control Panel to call any number (PSTN, IP, Conference, Voicemail…).

This deducts applicable calling credit from your account based o n the number called and/or your calling plan.

800 Calling Card Portal

• Call anywhere in the world from any USA or Canada phone and use your VoxNow account by dialing the calling card portal.
• Users call 800-360-1961 and enter their Virtual Phone Number and 5 digit PIN as set in the Control Panel to call any number (PSTN, IP, Conference, Voicemail…).
• This is billed at $.05 per minute and automatically deducts applicable calling credit from your account based o n the number called and/or your calling plan.

Note: 800 Gateway calls are charged from the time that the system answers the call. This includes all ring time, voicemail time and talk time.

How Do I Receive Calls from Regular Phones?

Incoming calls via our Local Portals

• Receive calls from anywhere in the world at no charge to the user.
• Users can accept calls to their Virtual Number by having callers dial selected portal number, then entering the member’s Virtual Number.
• Not available to basic members.
• No per minute charges apply.
